hi guys found this really easy routine and dont need to spend a penny or leave the house and seems fairly gentle i am going to give it a go starting tomorrow !! Good luck guys
Get the heart muscles pumping by marching on the spot for at least 5 minutes.
STEP 2
FAT ASSAULT AEROBICS
Burn some serious calories by skipping - and you don't even need a real rope for this!
Alternate skipping for at least five minutes before doing at least 10 star jumps and then back to skipping again. This will provide a full cardio-workout.
STEP 3
COMBAT MANOEUVRES
Visualise your opponent and inject all your power and energy into unleashing a series of strikes, punch-es, and kicks when you start lagging visiulising my ex really helps i found . A series of moves from karate, boxing and taekwan-do will give you a superior cardio fitness workout. Try and stick at this for at least 15 minutes.
STEP 4
TARGET AND TONE
Get on the floor and start doing push-ups lay on your back and push hips to the ceiling! This will tighten up your waist and fast get you on your way to a flat tummy. Start with as many push-ups as you can manage then build it up until you can do at least 50.
STEP 5
AT EASE' COOL DOWN
Spend at least 10 minutes cooling down. Get on the floor and relax your muscles with some serious stretching, and we must know the stretches they ingrained

Sounds like a good one
Hey,
that sounds like a good workout. feel knackered just reading it!
i must admit this last week i've been fairly slack on the exercise front, i started off well but seem to have slowed down now. need to get back on with it really!!
food is going ok though, i found the snacks really help. ...
off to play volleyball next week which should be fun.

Re: Exercise Routines :S
Hi all,
Went for my first swim today
I lost count of how many lengths I did so I just swam for 45 mins.
Would have kept going but I now know that half term is not the best time to go swimming
Anyway depending on how my back feels later on I will be going again tomorrow but early in the morning so the little angels will still be in bed fast asleep, I hope.
Time for lunch so talk later
Have fun you'all
Richard

Anyhoo I went swimming again this morning. Much better than yesterday (no Kids )
I managed 50 lengths of the pool in about 45 -50 mins.
I hope everyone is all well and enjying the onset of spring .

Re: Exercise Routines :S
Hi Steve,
I generally go first thing in the morning, well for me anyway
I am going again tomorrow around 7.30am and that will be it for this week as I am aching in all sorts of places
If you are over this way then please give me a call and we can have a coffee and a catch up.
Happy Easter to everyone and remember not TOO much chocolate
Have fun you'all
